BJP spokesperson RP Singh urged Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to release Diljit Dosanjh-starrer 'Punjab '95' without cuts. Citing 'Kashmir Files' and 'Kerala Story, Singh said, "If narrative freedom is respected for those accounts, then film rooted in judicial evidence can't be treated differently." Earlier, Director Honey Trehan said CBFC demanded 121 non-negotiable cuts in the film.
