In Agra, a campaign has been launched to improve police behaviour, with Police Commissioner J Ravinder Goud introducing Courtesy Communication Policy. Under this initiative, Agra Police will address citizens with the respectful term 'aap' instead of the informal 'tum' or 'tu'. Along with this, officers will greet callers with 'Namaste' when answering phones.
