All pesticide and insecticide shops have been sealed in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district as a preventive measure after 17 mystery deaths took place in last nine weeks in Budhal village, officials said. The authorities had conducted a surprise inspection of the shops as part of an ongoing investigation. The number of these outlets is believed to be around 250.
