According to experts, not consuming dairy for one month can lead to various benefits like an improved digestive system, metabolism, sleep and memory. "Skin improvements [can also be seen] due to factors like reduced inflammation or hormonal fluctuations associated with dairy," Diabetologist Dr K Somnath Gupta said. He also noted that some people also experience weight loss by cutting dairy.
