External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, while talking about Pahalgam attack, said it's very clear the "Pakistani state is up to its eyeballs" in cross-border terrorism. "Terrorist organisations have equivalent of their corporate headquarters in populated towns of Pakistan," he added. India will no longer spare government which supports and finances those terror organisations, he further said.
