National Conference (NC) MLAs Hilal Lone and Salman Sagar on Monday tore copies of Waqf Act in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. The other legislators of NC chanted slogans 'Modi Sarkar hai, hai' after adjournment motion to deliberate on Waqf Act was turned down by the Speaker. Speaker turned down the motion citing sub-judice rule.
