Uncombable hair syndrome is a rare genetic condition where a child's hair grows in different directions and can't be flattened with a comb. Under this syndrome hair may be lighter tone, dry and frizzy and it only affects the hair on scalp, while the rest of the body hair grows normally. This condition resolves itself over time.
