Goa Police on Monday booked a man for allegedly sexually harassing an actress and her friend in Panaji. "The accused was on a two-wheeler. The complainant said the accused was masturbating and that he passed an objectionable comment," police said, adding that they have identified the suspect with the help of CCTV footage.
