Cohabitation built on deception without a man's divorce from his first wife amounts to rape, Telangana High Court has said. It also said that if the man is already married, the subsequent marriage is "void ab initio and has no sanctity of law". A man's second wife has sought to nullify the marriage as he didn't divorce his first wife.
