French Ambassador Thierry Mathou's phone was stolen from his pocket while he was out for Diwali shopping in Delhi's Chandni Chowk, said an official, adding that the device was traced and returned to him. Four persons, aged between 20 and 25, were arrested for the theft. The incident took place while Mathou was out with his wife on October 20.
