India has urged Pakistan to expedite the release and repatriation of 183 Indian fishermen and civilian prisoners in view of completion of their jail terms. India has also asked Pakistan to provide immediate consular access to the 18 civilian prisoners and fishermen in Pakistan's custody, Ministry of External Affairs said. India has 381 Pakistani prisoners in its custody.
