Russian President Vladimir Putin was offered a chance to attack Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's office with Oreshnik missiles, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has revealed. Lukashenko added that Putin responded with a categorical refusal. The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on since February 2022.
