A 22-year-old male law student's stomach was split open, his fingers cut following an argument at a medical shop in UP's Kanpur. The man, Abhijeet Singh Chandel, has been hospitalised and his condition is said to be critical. The argument reportedly broke out over the price of a medicine with the shop's attendant, who attacked Chandel along with three others.
