US President Donald Trump said during his address at a United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session on Tuesday that India and China are "primary funders" of the Ukraine war as they're buying Russian oil. He also said NATO countries haven't stopped purchasing Russian oil, adding, "They're funding the war against themselves. Who the hell ever heard of that one?"
