Axis Bank reported ₹5,090 crore net profit for Q2FY26, witnessing massive 26.42% decline year-on-year. The net profit stood at ₹6,917.57 crore in Q2FY25. However, net interest income stood at ₹13,744 crore, increasing 2% YoY and 1% QoQ, maintaining 37% market share in UPI payments. The bank’s total income stood at ₹37,594.81 crore, up slightly from ₹37,141.71 crore last year.
