Actor Amitabh Bachchan has sold two adjoining luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Goregaon for ₹12 crore, property records accessed by CRE Matrix showed. The flats, on the 47th floor of Oberoi Exquisite, were sold to Asha Ishwar Shukla and Mamta Surajdev Shukla for ₹6 crore each. Bought in 2012 for ₹8.12 crore, the sale gave Bachchan approximately 47% return on investment.
