Congress leader Rahul Gandhi claimed that alleged voter deletion was done using software. "Look at serial numbers...software is picking up...first name in booth and using it to delete votes...Someone ran automated programme to ensure that first voter at booth was the applicant," he said. He added, "That same person got cell phones from outside the state...used them to file application."
