Netflix has struck a $72 billion deal to acquire Warner Bros Discovery's TV and film studios and streaming division. This reportedly marks one of the largest transactions in Hollywood history. Under the agreement, Warner Bros shareholders will receive $27.75 a share in cash and stock in Netflix. The acquisition hands Netflix ownership of properties, including Game of Thrones.
