India's recalled High Commissioner to Canada, Sanjay Verma, expressed concerns regarding experiences of Indian students in Canada. "Eight students [are] sharing one room (for lodging)...They're admitted to such colleges where one class takes place a week. Whole week they work at a store as daily wager...Despite higher education they're doing odd jobs as...cab driver or something else," he stated.
