Reliance Industries' arm Reliance Intelligence, and Meta’s Facebook Overseas partnered to form a joint venture, Reliance Enterprise Intelligence. They jointly invested ₹855 crore in the AI venture. Reliance Intelligence will hold 70% stake, while Facebook Overseas will own the remaining 30% in the venture, which aims to develop, market and distribute enterprise AI services for Indian businesses.
