Israel has warned of stepping up attacks on Hezbollah in southern Lebanon after an airstrike killed four people. Defence Minister Israel Katz condemned Hezbollah's threats and urged Lebanon to disarm the group, emphasising continued and intensified enforcement to protect northern residents. The strikes violate the November 2024 US-brokered ceasefire agreement requiring Hezbollah's disarmament.
