Ex-IAS trainee Puja Khedkar's father Dilip Khedkar filed nomination for Maharashtra polls as an independent candidate from Ahmednagar's Shevgaon. His poll affidavit sparked a controversy as it showed his marital status as divorced, contradicting his 2024 Lok Sabha polls affidavit, which showed him as married. Khedkar skipped his wife's name, income and property details in latest affidavit.
