One devotee, Shyamlal Kaushal, was killed and 62 others injured on Thursday at Bageshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhatarpur, PTI reported citing Civil Surgeon Sharad Chaurasia. The incident occurred after a waterproof tent collapsed due to heavy rain and winds, as devotees took shelter under it. A heavy iron angle struck Kaushal on head, killing him on spot, officials said.
