Terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed has changed its name as sanctions were making it difficult to access funding, NDTV reported, citing intel sources. It will now be known as Al-Murabitun - which means 'defenders of Islam' in Arabic, NDTV report added. The name change is only expected for its Pakistan operations, sources told NDTV.
