A Christian priest from Kerala, G Godwin, was arrested in Madhya Pradesh’s Jhabua for alleged illegal religious conversion and later granted bail. Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan urged MP CM Mohan Yadav to ensure there's no harassment and arbitrary action on the part of officials. Vijayan said he has been informed that Godwin has worked on charitable activities in the region.
