There's a sweet spot for tea consumption, especially for those who follow a daily routine, says Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. "If you are someone who follows a routine, you shouldn't drink more than two or three cups in a day," she said in an interview. She also advised against having tea/coffee first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
