Dr Shaheen Shahid, who was arrested for alleged role in Delhi blast, had picked an isolated centre in Hapur and Saharanpur and provided terrorist training there, Times Now reported, citing sources. The centres were reportedly being run as an NGO and medical centre. She was reportedly tasked by terrorist Masood Azhar’s sister to set up Jaish-e-Mohammed’s women’s wing in India.
