Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) summoned IndiGo officials as nationwide flight cancellations hit the country's biggest airline for the third straight day on Thursday, reports said. It asked IndiGo to explain the disruptions and submit plans to reduce them. The watchdog has also reportedly launched an investigation into the disruptions, for which the airline cited "operational issues".
