India's foreign exchange reserves plunged by $4.4 billion to $688 billion in the week ended November 21, as per the RBI data. The dip was driven by gold reserves, which fell by $2.6 billion to $104 billion. Foreign currency assets also declined by $1.6 billion to $560 billion. In the previous week, the overall reserves had increased by $5.5 billion.
