Centre's Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Monday revoked Stage 2 restrictions under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) across Delhi-NCR as pollution levels dipped. At 4 pm, Delhi's 24-hour average Air Quality Index (AQI) stood at 186, which is well short of the 300-mark that requires Stage 2 restrictions. Notably, Stage 1 restrictions are still in place.
