PM Narendra Modi, while speaking about opposition alliance in Bihar, said the people of Bihar call the alliance 'lathbandhan' as they only know "how to use the lathi and keep fighting". He stated that the leaders of opposition alliance, from Delhi and Bihar, are out on bail. Notably, Bihar will go to polls on November 6 and 11.
