The Ministry of Home Affairs has handed over the investigation into the Delhi car blast case to the National Investigation Agency. The decision was taken during a high-level security review meeting chaired by Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday. Death toll in the blast rose to 12 after a Hyundai i20 car exploded near Red Fort.
