Pakistan and Afghan officials are meeting in Istanbul for a second round of talks to ease border tensions and tackle cross-border militancy. Facilitated by Qatar and Turkey, the dialogue is followed a ceasefire agreed in Doha after deadly clashes. The latest airstrikes by Pakistan had claimed at least 10 lives in Afghanistan, including that of three Afghan cricketers.
