Reacting to US President Donald Trump's administration's decision to sanction two of Russia's biggest oil companies, Russia's former President, Dmitry Medvedev, called it an act of war. "The US is our enemy, and their talkative 'peacemaker' has now fully embarked on the warpath with Russia," he said, adding, "Trump has fully aligned himself with loony Europe."
