The Supreme Court on Monday questioned the contribution of stubble burning to the air pollution in Delhi-NCR. "During COVID, stubble burning happened as usual, but we could still see blue skies and stars...why?" the apex court said. It asked CAQM to revisit their action plan for reducing air pollution to check whether it has brought any effective changes.
