A video has surfaced online showing the site where the stampede broke out during TVK chief Vijay's rally, with footwear scattered everywhere. It also shows pieces of clothes and half-torn posters which were put up for the election rally of Vijay's party. At least 40 people, including children, lost their lives in the stampede, while over 90 others were injured.
