After the Italian Grand Prix's second free practice session, McLaren driver Lando Norris stated that his rivals are "a bit close" for comfort in terms of gaps on timesheet. He added, "I just need to try and make the gap a bit bigger." Norris noted that McLaren's strengths on other tracks are not as effective at the Italian GP circuit.
