The Mumbai Cyber Police have arrested a man from Ahmedabad for his involvement in a ₹49 lakh "digital arrest" scam. Posing as CBI Officer, the accused coerced the complainant into transferring the money under the guise of cooperating with an investigation. After investigation, the police traced the accused and made the arrest following legal protocols.
