India and Canada may resume their FTA talks only after the Centre closes its deals with US, EU, and other countries, Moneycontrol reported. The Commerce Ministry is in talks with New Zealand, Peru, Chile, Oman and Qatar to seal FTAs at the earliest. India and Canada on Monday agreed to commence ministerial-level discussions on bilateral trade at an early date.
