Congress' Rahul Gandhi urged PM Narendra Modi and Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini to act immediately in the alleged suicide case of IPS officer Y Puran Kumar. "Wrong message is going out...that no matter how successful you may be, if you're a Dalit, you can be suppressed," Gandhi said. He asked for arrest of officials mentioned in Kumar's suicide note.
