Two terrorism-related counts against Luigi Mangione, accused in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, have been dismissed. The 27-year-old remains charged with second-degree murder and eight other criminal counts. A New York state judge said the state law doesn't equate ideology-driven violence with terrorism unless the intent is to intimidate or coerce a broader civilian population.
