Authorities have capped daily entries into the Sabarimala Temple at one lakh and the spot booking at 20,000 from Wednesday, according to reports. This followed the death of a 58-year-old woman in the queue as the crowd swelled to nearly two lakh devotees on Tuesday. Kerala High Court criticised the state and the board for poor crowd management and facilities.
