The woman who symbolically married her lover's body after he was allegedly murdered over his caste in Maharashtra said her brother took her to the police station to file false cases. "The policemen told my brother that instead of fabricating cases, why don't you actually kill the person? My brother took it as a challenge and killed him," she said.
