A dead frog was found in the midday meal at a government primary school in Gokulpur, Gwalior. The incident came to light after a video of it went viral. District Collector Ruchika Chauhan has ordered an inquiry. District panchayat CEO Sojan Singh Rawat stated that strict action will be taken if negligence is confirmed.
