Meesho's initial public offering (IPO) to raise ₹5,421.05 crore is set to open on December 3 and close on December 5. The company has fixed the price band at ₹105-111 per share, at a ₹50,096 crore valuation at the upper end. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹4,250 crore and an offer-for-sale of 10.55 crore shares by existing shareholders.
