Indian exporters are redirecting their shipments to Asia, the Middle East and Europe, feeling the strain of the 50% tariffs imposed by US from August 27, The Indian Express reported, citing government data. The shipments include shrimp, gems and jewellery, auto components, and electrical machinery. Gems and jewellery exports to US fell 76% YoY in September this year.
