A 27-year-old French woman working with the French consulate in Mumbai was allegedly molested by a scooter-borne man in Mumbai. The woman was walking back to her residence after visiting a friend in Pali Hill when the accused followed the victim and fled after molesting her. After investigating over 50 CCTV cameras, police arrested a 25-year-old scrap dealer from Dharavi.
