After a video featuring Pratapgarh SDM Chhotu Lal Sharma slapping a petrol pump employee and being slapped back in Rajasthan's Bhilwara went viral, the former's wife Deepika Vyas, filed a complaint. Deepika alleged an employee "winked" at her and called her "maal". In the video, the SDM was heard protesting over filling CNG in another car before his own car.
