Supreme Court stayed Andhra Pradesh HC's blaming CBI director for allowing an officer not from court-appointed SIT to probe into 'Tirupati laddu prasadam' adulteration case. "If SIT wants to appoint a particular officer, what's wrong with that," SC asked. Andhra HC said CBI director acted contrary to SC's directions by allowing J Venkat Rao to be part of the case.
