The National Commission for Women (NCW) has summoned YouTuber Elvish Yadav over the 'racist' remarks he made against actress and 'Bigg Boss 18' contestant Chum Darang. The 27-year-old has been asked to appear on February 17, News18 reported. "Karanveer definitely had COVID because who even likes Chum? Whose taste is that bad? Chum's name itself sounds indecent," Elvish had said.
