A man who fought for Hamas in October 7, 2023 attacks in Israel was found to be a US resident who had received permanent residency in 2024. The man, Mahmoud Amin Ya'qub Al-Muhtadi, had lied on his visa application, claiming that he'd never participated in terror activities. Al-Muhtadi was found working in a Louisiana restaurant, has been charged by FBI.
